Two Heads Mutant Bowl 2026
Welcome back to Mutant Bowl! After last year's inaugural event, Two Heads Mutant Bowl is back for round two, and this time it's heading to the North-West Coast. We're setting up in East Devonport as part of Realm of Gaming's regular club day on Sunday 22 November 2026.
The twist? Something's not quite right with the players down here. Every team gets to gift one player a free Mutation skill. Two Heads on your Thrower? Claw on a Blitzer? Extra Arms on a Mummy? Pick your mutant, build around them, and see what chaos unfolds.
And in 2026 we're once again playing for those doing it tough. Mutant Bowl is raising funds for the Cancer Council: a third of every entry fee is donated directly, every cent from the raffle goes to the cause, and anything left over after running costs goes in the tin too. What to expect
- Format: One day, three rounds, Swiss pairings, resurrection style
- Rules: Blood Bowl Third Season Edition (BB2025). NAF-approved, so your games count towards your ranking
- The Twist: One free Mutation skill on any player of your choice
- Teams: All 30 official teams welcome, plus the NAF Slann roster. No Star Players, and no Night Goblins (sorry, sneaky gitz)
- Team Value: 1,100,000 gold pieces, with tiered skill packages to level the playing field
- Entry: $30, which covers venue hire, a $10 Cancer Council donation, and running the event
- Prizes: First and Second Place, People's Champion, Most Touchdowns, Most Casualties, Stunty King, and the Wooden Spoon
- Atmosphere: Weird, wonderful, and all for a great cause

Getting there
The East Devonport Recreation Centre is at 67 Caroline Street, East Devonport, a bit over an hour from Launceston along the Bass Highway. Devonport Airport has direct flights from Melbourne, and the Spirit of Tasmania docks in East Devonport a few minutes from the venue. Coaches from Hobart and the south, check the Discord to sort out carpooling. Please note the venue is unlicensed, so no alcohol on site.
